My work experience in real estate began in 1992 in Verona, in an office, in the heart of the historical center of Verona, run by two brothers who had different activities: one was the owner of a real estate agency, the other of an import-export of medical products. I had the job of clerk for both of them. For five years I was in charge of the entire internal management of the office: from handling phone calls, appointments, drafting leases or preliminary contracts, registering them, advertising the properties, contacting clients who came to the office, etc. Over the years also accompanying clients to show them apartments for rent.

After five years I chose to take the leap and practice as a real estate agent, so I opened VAT number. I changed offices and went to a colleague who owned another agency in central Verona. This experience allowed me to develop many skills and grow as a person.

The relationship with the previous owner, remained excellent, to the point that I returned after a year to the structure, becoming a partner. From there it was a continuous professional growth, thanks also to numerous training courses offered by FIAIP, an association of which I have been a member for many years.

In 2011 I made the decision to strike out on my own, opening an agency. Since then I have been carrying out the activity completely independently, collaborating with colleagues from other agencies. Collaboration is an essential element for me in carrying out this activity. For about five years I joined the Fiaip Women's Committee of Verona, as coordinator, to support female entrepreneurship and I collaborate with an external proxy with the Fiaip Provincial Council of Verona. I carry out my work with passion by putting the client at the center, with the daily goal of satisfying his or her every need, with professionalism, conscientiousness and loving care.
