STATE AND FINISHES:

The main house is finished with Florentine terracotta floors, double glazed wooden window frames and wooden doors. The stone house, internally, has typical 1960s finishes and needs to be restored.

The garden, full of plants that bloom in rotation during the summer, from roses to wisteria, up to fruit plants, creates a fairy-tale and surreal environment, rich in colors and scents. The vegetable garden, located a short distance from the house, is comfortable and well exposed.
